This book tells the full story of Bruce Dickinson’s Skunkworks solo band from 1994-96 by the people who were there, the musicians, crew, journalists, fans and friends of the band including Chris Dale, Alex Elena, Jack Endino, Andy Carr, Dicki Fliszar, Roland Grapow, Doogie White, Blaze Bayley and many more. It’s a roller coaster of on-the-road antics, studio insights and of course the full story of the insane Sarajevo concert.
What's unique though is the collaboration between the muscians and the fans throughout the book. It's all set out as question and answer sessions between us with lots of fans also contributing their memories of the shows and songs.
Oh yes, we go through every recorded song one by one too. Also included is a full day to day timeline of events and a ton of trivia about missing recordings, side projects, secret gigs, the 2002 European Festival Tour, the Tribuzy album and shows and the making of the film, 'Scream For Me Sarajevo'. It's all accompanied by hundreds of previously unseen full colour photos, tickets, passes and signed albums from the band's archives and fan collections.
