Product Description
The Fase Performance 2.0 is a high-quality Italian integrated amplifier, designed by Fabio Serblin in the late 90s following the audiophile philosophy of “less-is-more”. This elegant amplifier represents the pinnacle of Italian hi-fi engineering, handcrafted for the audiophile market and produced in limited numbers. The design stands out for its refined simplicity and typically Italian minimalist aesthetic, featuring solid wood side panels that contribute to both appearance and acoustic performance, reducing transformer vibrations.
The essential yet accurate circuitry uses high quality components selected to ensure superior sonic performance. The amplifier offers 60 watts per channel into 8 ohm that become 100 watts into 4 ohms, making it particularly suitable for low impedance speakers. The sound is characterised by a remarkable tonal richness, with a full-bodied and enveloping bass, even if slightly more emphasised than absolute neutrality. The integrated phono section with excellent quality RIAA correction makes it perfect for vinyl enthusiasts, supporting both MM and high-output MC cartridges.
