Condition:
- Has 2 small scratches on the screen. They are visible when the monitor is off, but not very noticeable during normal use.
- Also has a power/startup issue: after being unplugged for a longer time, the screen may power on very dark/black until the power connection is adjusted. Once it starts properly, it works normally again.
