Size tag is all over the place, it maybe says S or M?
Anyway, I think item fits like womens L, mens M. On a size 38 female test person item was too big by about one size.
Very nice looking light waffle design midlayer
For me 178cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) I can put it on with no effort but I would not start using as I’d stretch it out.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
