Has the feel of maybe being used twice, could also possibly be unworn.

Has a very nice sturdy feel and the item is not flimsy. Quality varies quite a bit in Sebago items from this era, some are pretty bad to be frank but this obviously a good one.
Collar shape and edge finish is extremely well done.
