Offered for sale here is a framed original Vintage Canon New F-1 Camera magazine advertisement from 1983.
To prevent glare, the photograph was taken without the frame's perspex front cover. Consequently, the advertisement may appear slightly raised or uneven against the backing sheet in the image.
The text on the print reads:

The subject of countless stories, both factual and fictional, the wolf is one of nature's most misunderstood animals. This ancestor of the dog is not the bloodthirsty "man-eater" these stories oftenportray it to be. It is actually as much the hunted as it is the hunter. Hounded by man throughout the centuries, the wolf today is endangered and disappearing in many parts of the world.
The wolf could never be brought back should it vanish completely. And while photography can record it for posterity, more importantly photography can help save it and the rest of wildlife.
An invaluable research tool, photography can help prevent the further disappearance of the wolf by replacing the many myths and exaggerated fears about this animal with scientific facts. Photography can also provide additional understanding of the important role the wolf plays in the balance of nature.
And understanding is perhaps the single most important factor in saving the wolf and all of wildlife.

Habitat: Forests, tundra and prairies in parts of North America, Europe and Asia.
Surviving number: Highly variable; endangered in the contiguous U.S.A., Mexico and parts of Europe; more prevalent in Alaska, Canada and Asia.
This print is more than 40 years old, so there will be signs of age. Some discoloration is commonplace and often there are small tears and signs of wear — little badges of authenticity.
There will be images and/or text on the back-side of your print. In some cases this may be slightly discernible through your print.
The brand-new A4 frame measures 22.7cm x 31.7cm x 1.0cm.
The print sits centered on an A4 sheet of Canson Iris Vival 185gsm card stock and is held in place using a single Goldbuch acid-free adhesive.
I much prefer to post your item(s) using ToriDiili. It’s quick (next day postage), cheap (less than €5 for delivery of up to 10 items), safe (everything bubble-wrapped) and reliable (no appointments to keep). But if necessary, pickup from Jätkäsaari can be arranged between 5pm and 8pm.
