Offered for sale here is a framed original Vintage Canon Camera magazine advertisement from 1984.
To prevent glare, the photograph was taken without the frame's perspex front cover. Consequently, the advertisement may appear slightly raised or uneven against the backing sheet in the image.

The Kitti's hog-nosed bat has the distinction of being the world's smallest mammal. It weighs only 2 grams and is the size of a large bumblebee. Discovered in 1973 inhabiting caves at a national park in western Thailand, this unusual bat is the only member of its genus and family. Since its discovery, it has captured the curiosity of visitors to the caves and has become much sought after by specimen collectors. Today, it is found in only three caves.
The Kitti's hog-nosed bat could never be brought back should it vanish completely. And while photography can record it for posterity, more importantly photography can help save it and the rest of wildlife.
In addition to being an invaluable research tool for scientists, photography can help enlighten the public about the Kitti's hog-nosed bat. It can call people's attention to the urgency to protect the Kitti's hog-nosed bat from further human disturbance, while enhancing their understanding of this unique mammal.
And understanding is perhaps the single most important factor in saving the Kitti's hog-nosed bat and all of wildlife.

This print is more than 40 years old, so there will be signs of age. Some discoloration is commonplace and often there are small tears and signs of wear — little badges of authenticity.
There will be images and/or text on the back-side of your print. In some cases this may be slightly discernible through your print.
The brand-new A4 frame measures 22.7cm x 31.7cm x 1.0cm.
The print sits centered on an A4 sheet of Canson Iris Vival 185gsm card stock and is held in place using a single Goldbuch acid-free adhesive.
I much prefer to post your item(s) using ToriDiili. It’s quick (next day postage), cheap (less than €5 for delivery of up to 10 items), safe (everything bubble-wrapped) and reliable (no appointments to keep). But if necessary, pickup from Jätkäsaari can be arranged between 5pm and 8pm.
