Offered for sale here is a framed original Vintage Leica R3 Camera magazine advertisement from 1976.
To prevent glare, the photograph was taken without the frame's perspex front cover. Consequently, the advertisement may appear slightly raised or uneven against the backing sheet in the image.
The text on the print reads:

For over 50 years we have built classic professional cameras – unsurpassed in precision and dependability. To this we now add the ultimate in speed and convenience in use.
The new electronic LEICA R 3 – a single lens reflex camera with an electronically controlled focal plane shutter. You select the aperture and the R 3 automatically determines the exact shutter speed. In addition, you have the choice between two exposure measuring methods: Selective – when a portion of your view is particularly important or for difficult backlighted pictures; Integrated – when the subject does not have any unusual contrast and for normal picture taking.
All exposure data is displayed in the viewfinder. The viewfinder is very bright and contrasty which means that in poor light you can see all important details which are very important for accurate focusing.
There are three easy methods of focusing: split image rangefinder, a microprism measuring field, and a ground glass effect over the balance of the viewfinder field.
Depress the depth of field preview button and you will be able to see which will be sharp within the depth of field of the preselected aperture.
A special display will indicate which film you have loaded in your camera whenever you have to use it. Another indicator assures you that your film is transporting. To make an exact double exposure, simply depress lever.
As to the lens: LEITZ SUMMICRON-R 1:2/50 mm. It is sharpness and resolution in its unbeatable class. As a result of intensive glass research in our own glass laboratories Leitz has become the pioneer in the development of high refractive index glass.
Additional high performance lenses from 16 mm to 800 mm focal length can be quickly interchanged with the well proven Leitz bayonet. Thereby the new Electronic-LEICA R 3 which is another building block in a universal camera system.
The smooth shutter release and film advance and precise way all parts fit together cannot be expressed in words! But you can feel it! Your Authorized Dealer will gladly place the new Electronic LEICA R 3 in your hands.

This print is more than 50 years old, so there will be signs of age. Some discoloration is commonplace and often there are small tears and signs of wear — little badges of authenticity.
There will be images and/or text on the back-side of your print. In some cases this may be slightly discernible through your print.
The brand-new A4 frame measures 22.7cm x 31.7cm x 1.0cm.
The print sits centered on an A4 sheet of Canson Iris Vival 185gsm card stock and is held in place using a single Goldbuch acid-free adhesive.
I much prefer to post your item(s) using ToriDiili. It’s quick (next day postage), cheap (roughly €5 for delivery of up to 10 items), safe (everything bubble-wrapped) and reliable (no appointments to keep). But if necessary, pickup from Jätkäsaari can be arranged between 5pm and 8pm.
