Framed 1978 Vintage Datsun Original Magazine Advertisement (ID: Datsun2)
Framed vintage advertising prints make unique and affordable CHRISTMAS GIFTS for that hard-to-buy-for friend or relative. Search Tori for: Astray Buffet Vintage Prints.
Offered for sale here is a framed original Vintage Datsun magazine advertisement from 1978.
To prevent glare, the photograph was taken without the frame's perspex front cover. Consequently, the advertisement may appear slightly raised or uneven against the backing sheet in the image.
The text on the print reads:
My Datsun - more than a pretty face.
Representing a cosmetics company here in Portugal barely gives me time for tea. I'm busy with beauty demonstrations at many of the thirty shops and pharmacies I visit regularly. And I have to carry a wide variety of products for both men and women.
Usually I drive 100~120km a day just doing business. My Datsun is perfect for this kind of use. I should know, this is my second one. The first performed well over 180,000km in four years.
I stayed with Datsun because they're trouble-free, easy to drive and sturdy. Comfortable over long distances too. I recently
made a journey with my husband, our two children and three nephews. There was room for all of us and our luggage. The driver's view of the road is particularly good and the fuel economy really stands out. That and good after-sales service make Datsuns very popular in Portugal.
DATSUN
DATON Product of NISSAN
Mrs. Macedo and her Datsun in Sintra, Portugal.
This print is more than 40 years old, so there will be signs of age. Some discoloration is commonplace and often there are small tears and signs of wear — little badges of authenticity.
There will be images and/or text on the back-side of your print. In some cases this may be slightly discernible through your print.
The brand-new A4 frame measures 22.7cm x 31.7cm x 1.0cm.
The print sits centered on an A4 sheet of Canson Iris Vival 185gsm card stock and is held in place using a single Goldbuch acid-free adhesive.
I much prefer to post your item(s) using ToriDiili. It’s quick (next day postage), cheap (roughly €5 for delivery of up to 10 items), safe (everything bubble-wrapped) and reliable (no appointments to keep). But if necessary, pickup from Jätkäsaari can be arranged between 5pm and 8pm.
