This Prada bag remains in exceptional condition, with the sole exception of the zipper. A brand-new, original Prada replacement zipper is included. The zipper failed shortly after the initial purchase at the Prada boutique; the store provided a new one immediately, although installation was not possible at that time.
I contacted Prada customer service again in August 2026. They offered to handle the issue. Since the warranty period has expired, the repair may involve service fees—standard procedure for luxury products out of warranty.
Here is the relevant part of Prada's communication:
"...Please note that the entire process will take approximately four weeks.
Additionally, as the item is no longer under warranty, any repair could incur fees, which will be communicated to you in advance."
