Offered for sale here is a framed original Vintage Leica IRICA, M3 and R3 Cameras magazine advertisement from 1979.
The text on the print reads:
The LEICA. Your grandfather could not buy a better one.
In 1925 when the IRICA was introduced at the Leipzig Spring Fair it was an overnight sensation and revolutionised the technique of photography.
The LEICA M3. Your father could not imagine a better one.
In 1954 the LEICA M3 initiated a new era of 35mm photography: it was the world's first 35mm camera equipped with a combined bright line measuring viewfinder for 4 focal lengths. Including the new summicron, specially designed for this camera, as many as 11 different high-quality lenses were now available. The LEICA M3 is still regarded as an important landmark in 35mm camera design.
The LEICA R3. You could not wish for a better one.
The LEICA that takes us into the 80's is the electronic LEICA R3, the only 35mm camera with dual measuring mode for integrating and selective light metering. In conjunction with the world-famous interchangeable LEITZ lenses, unsurpassed in resolving power and freedom from stray light, this promises you photographs of superb quality even in the most difficult lighting conditions.

This print is almost 50 years old, so there will be signs of age. Some discoloration is commonplace and often there are small tears and signs of wear — little badges of authenticity.
There will be images and/or text on the back-side of your print. In some cases this may be slightly discernible through your print.
The brand-new A4 frame measures 22.7cm x 31.7cm x 1.0cm.
The print sits centered on an A4 sheet of Canson Iris Vival 185gsm card stock and is held in place using a single Goldbuch acid-free adhesive.
Can be posted (Toridiili) or collected from either Punavuori or Jätkäsaari, whatever suits best.
