Offered for sale here is a framed original Sony Stereo System advertisement from 1974.
To prevent glare, the photograph was taken without the frame’s perspex front cover. Consequently, the advertisement may appear slightly raised or uneven against the backing sheet in the image.
The text on the print reads:
We know how tough it is to put a component stereo system together.
So we did it for you.
When you don't know much about stereo, trying to put a component stereo system together can be a frustrating experience.
Because just choosing good equipment isn't enough. It also has to be equipment that works well together.
And that's where we can help.
We've designed a system that's about as perfectly matched in performance as you could hope for. And we've used some of the best components we make.
Like the Sony ST-5066 FM stereo/FM-AM tuner, for instance. It has a field effect transistor that can pick up and hold distant stations and bring in nearby ones with a minimum of interference.
And the Sony TA-1066 integrated amplifier. We designed it specifically to go with the ST-5066. Besides being all solid-state, it combines low distortion (0.08%) with high output (18 watts RMS per channel at 1 kHz).
To this we've added the Sony PS-5100 turntable.
With aluminum diecast platter, precision balanced tonearm and automatic return and reject devices.
Plus two of our newest and most spectacular speakers — the Sony SS-7200's. Each has a tweeter, midrange and a big 10" woofer.
Of course, the only fair way to judge any stereo system is to hear it in person.
Which is why we suggest you see your Sony dealer.
He'll be more than happy to put our entire component stereo system together for you.
After which, you may very well decide to make it yours.

This print is more than 50 years old, so there will be signs of age. Some discoloration is commonplace and often there are small tears and signs of wear — little badges of authenticity.
There will be images and/or text on the back-side of your print. In some cases this may be slightly discernible through your print.
The brand-new A4 frame measures 22.7cm x 31.7cm x 1.0cm.
The print sits centered on an A4 sheet of Canson Iris Vival 185gsm card stock and is held in place using a single Goldbuch acid-free adhesive.
I can post via Toridilli or you can pickup from Jätkäsaari or Punavuori - whatever suits you best.
